I had reason to call in for a chat with Ian about pension cash-in options when I needed some instant cash. I found Ian to be very approachable and balanced. The conversation brought out various alternative options which I took into consideration and ultimately went with rather than reorganising my pension. Was happy with the oucome and I would consider using these folks for a future product if I had the need.

If I could have given this company a minus score I would! There was a distinct lack of communication right from the start and when things didn’t turn out as anticipated Andrew made his poor receptionist deal with me! What a coward! He still hasn’t had the audacity to apologise even though I lost the house I wanted! Avoid at all costs!
