I’ve used Myers (Springvale) on a number of occasions and always found them to be reliable. As I had specific delivery instructions I wanted to be around on the day so requested specific date. Unfortunately they delivered two days early (when I wasn’t around) however I took a call from the driver and he fulfilled my request with no problems. Many thanks to the driver and Myers.

Very expensive. I went to buy some Skirting Board (Ogee / Torous plinth), and I managed to source it elsewhere 1/3 of the price cheaper. Keep in mind that at Myers, it was going to cost over £100 + delivery. Myers is a 'convenience' when you need small, one-off items that, after weighing up all of the pros and cons, it works out to be not a lot more expensive.

Recently bought oak doors through myers dealt with James who talked me through my options I was impressed by his manners and patience, Doors are now on treated with osmo oil look great! and better priced than the bigger door companies.

The customer service was appalling. No communication provided as to the progress of my order. I was promised delivery of my order on 2 occasions, 14 days apart. On each occasion I spent all day at the location waiting and when the delivery didn't arrive I had to ring the 'office' only to be told they were still waiting for part of my order to be received by their site Many times I rung the office for updates and clarity, only to have to leave a message so someone could ring me back. The return calls never came. I will shop elsewhere next time, even though this site is within a mile of the location the goods were needed.

Used recently for some bark chippings, fence posts and pailings. Had a few issues with some of the items, but 10/10 for customer service. The matter was resolved within 30 minutes of emailing the team. Thanks again!
