My pooch will not be staying anywhere else! Since moving to Huddersfield area I have been looking for somewhere to board my rescue frenchie when needed and I have tried a few but finally found the needle in the haystack! Cliffe kennels & rescue are amazing! Having a frenchie who is also a reacue means some extra quirks but Cliffe kennels take such good care of him and his quirks aren't even an issue. My boy comes back tired but so happy from all the fun he has on his stays and even chose his bestie in Ryan on day 1! Great place and great friendly staff. I'd rate 10/10 if I could.

They really made us consider if a particular dog was right for us. At first I found it a bit off-putting, but it's a necessary and responsible thing for a shelter to do. I think it's great how they have starter packs as well. Can't fault them at all.

Always got all our rescues from cliffe kennels, wouldnt go anywhere else. We have recentley adopted a staffy called Rico and he's the best, lovely around people and other dogs. Thank you Cliffe kennel you have made one family happy again.

Extremely impressed with Jackie who looks after the rescues. We adopted a rescue from here solely on the back of meeting Jackie and seeing how knowledgable and caring she was about the dogs here. It’s a commercial kennels and has all the usual challenges of a day to day business, but there is no doubt the dogs here are well cared for and needs taken seriously. Our little Rue is very happy and clearly had been given a good bit of love before we took her.
