Lizzie was fantastic when I needed some Last minute help

Myself and my partner can not speak highly enough of this esate agents! From the initial viewing all the way through to getting the keys they couldn’t have done more for communication or help! Anything we needed or asked was done so in a timely manner and it’s a very professional service! We had looked at several properties with different agents and Pennine were by far the best company we delt with in every single aspect. We both couldn’t recommend them enough for your property search. The whole process was easy, and stress free which is exactly what you want when looking for a house! Every memeber of staff we spoke too were amazing and couldn’t have done anymore to help us! Great service 👍

The ladies here are fabulous. We were homeless, a house came up at Higham and they bent over backwards to get us in there. We can't thank them enough. They always respond swiftly to us and I don't think they realise how happy we are in this house in the perfect location that we needed. We will be eternally grateful.

My wife and I have been working with the team at Pennine Property for the past 7 years and we cannot fault their service. Disgusting service seen a property on Wednesday 23rd March 2022 so I put a email to them to enquire through Rightmove. Phoned them up Thursday 24th March 2022 they sent me a form to fill in only to see the property has gone to let at 16:00pm What A Waste Of Time.

Can't fault them kept us informed all the way through the sale very professional but friendly especially Emma who made the whole experience less stressful for a elderly couple like us who have been in this house for 34 years and didn't have a clue what to do would recommend them to any one thinking of selling.
